Davide practices mainly in domestic and international litigation and arbitration (both as arbitrator and as counsel) and is an expert in corporate law and business contracts. Over the years he has also acquired specific experience in the field of bankruptcy law and corporate crisis management, supporting Italian clients and multinational groups mainly in the manufacturing, construction and commercial distribution sectors.

Davide has also been involved in several extraordinary transactions, including corporate restructuring.
