Federico specializes in corporate law and M&A, with particular focus on extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions (of both listed and non-listed companies), purchases and transfers of shareholdings, branches of businesses and business assets. He also advises on matters of both civil and commercial general advice, particularly with regard to the drafting, negotiation and execution of shareholders’ agreements, voting syndicates as well as various contracts and commercial agreements.
Federico also has extensive experience in regulatory banking and financial laws and regulations, both in transactions concerning the launch of, or participation to, investments funds (real estate, private equity, turnaround funds, etc.), and in general advice concerning the above segment.
He has been assistant at the chair of corporate law at UniversitĂ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
Before being a member of Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati Law Firm, he has been salary partner of Munari Cavani Law Firm and, previously, junior partner of Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Law Firm.
