Francesco focuses on corporate law and specialises in assisting companies in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, as well as in business crisis management, drafting plans and concluding reorganization and/or economic-financial restructuring agreements, in addition to handling the various insolvency procedures.

Francesco has gained proven experience in assisting Italian and foreign investors in bankruptcy and preventive arrangement procedures for the takeover of their equity and financial assets and the enhancement of their value.

Lastly, he provides assistance in corporate and commercial disputes.
