Giovanni is a member of the commercial and corporate law department and works in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a particular focus on private equity transactions, corporate reorganization and, in general, extraordinary transactions, as well as corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining the firm in January 2024, Giovanni worked from 2018 to 2023 with hi.lex law firm, advising industrial and financial players, both Italian and foreign, mainly belonging to the private equity market.
