Giulio is part of the team dedicated to the commercial and corporate law department and works with particular focus on matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and extraordinary transactions in general, commercial contracts, as well as corporate governance and corporate secretarial work.

Before joining the Firm, after brief experiences in international firms abroad, Giulio worked for several years in the Corporate/M&A department of the Clifford Chance law firm (Milan office), advising both Italian and foreign industrial and financial operators.
