He worked, between 1991 and 1992, with Professor Alberto Santa Maria and, between 1993 and 1995, with law firm Cera Cappelletti Bianchi, which merged with Erede e Associati in 1995 and, subsequently, became Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in 1999. In 2001 he joined Ashurst as partner of the Milan office. From 2008 to 2011 he was a partner of law firm LCA. He founded Hilex Avvocati Associati in 2011. He joined Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati as Partner in January 2024.
