Luigi assists Italian companies in restructuring and turnaround transactions. He also offers assistance with debt restructuring transactions for private companies in difficulty, proposing solutions for the client’s business in negotiation with its creditors. He has accumulated and specific experience in legal restructuring transactions (particularly in relation to composition with creditors).

Luigi also assists companies specialising in the acquisition of assets from bankruptcy proceedings, through the presentation of bankruptcy composition proposals, and in the subsequent management and optimisation of the assets acquired.
