Teresa is part of the Banking & Finance department and works mainly on structured finance transactions, also in pools and secured by institutional guarantees, both in the context of extraordinary transactions (acquisition financing, corporate financing, LBO) and in the companies’ ordinary course of business, assisting both the financing parties (banks, private debt funds) and the borrowers.
She also deals with M&A, private equity and extraordinary transactions (including acquisitions, mergers, demergers) and regularly advises some Firm’s client companies on corporate law matters.

Teresa started her career in 2005 at Pedersoli e Associati where she worked until 2017. After a brief period as external advisor for some Italian companies, from 2019 to 2023 she was Senior Associate of Hilex Avvocati Associati. In 2024 she joined Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati as Managing Associate.
